SEBASTIAN GIORDANO | Interim CEO
Mr. Giordano joined WPCS as a member of the Board of Directors in June 2013 and then subsequently became Interim CEO in August 2013. Mr. Giordano contributes expertise in areas of restructuring, operations, finance, strategic planning and business development. He has over 25 years of experience as a board member and senior executive. Mr. Giordano has held senior positions with ITT Continental Baking Company, AMF Incorporated, Dynamics Corporation of America and IPCO Corporation. He has extensive experience in analyzing business units engaged in manufacturing, distribution and retail sectors across multiple industries including food service, healthcare, consumer and industrial products. He received his undergraduate degree and MBA from Iona College.
DAVID ALLEN | Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Allen has been Chief Financial Officer of the Company since December 2014. Since June 2004, Mr. Allen has served as the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the board of Bailey’s Express, Inc., a private, family-owned business. From June 2006 to June 2013, Mr. Allen was the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Administration for Converted Organics, Inc. an environmentally friendly clean technology company. Previously, Mr. Allen served as Chief Financial Officer (1999 – 2003) and President and Chief Executive Officer (2003 – 2004) for Millbook Press, Inc., a Brookfield, Connecticut publisher of children’s books and as the chief financial officer and vice president of administration of JDM, Inc., a Wilton, Connecticut business development and consulting company to the direct marketing business. Mr. Allen has also previously worked for DeAgostini USA Inc., Contiki Travel and Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Allen has been an adjunct professor at Western Connecticut State University since 2005. Mr. Allen holds a B.S. degree in Accounting and an M.S. degree in Taxation from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts. Mr. Allen is a Certified Public Accountant.
ROBERT "BUTCH" ROLLER | President – Suisun and Texas Operations
Mr. Roller is responsible for the management and strategic development of the Company’s contracting services and operations, including responsibility for sourcing and integrating acquisitions and product/market expansion opportunities. Mr. Roller has more than 23 years work experience specializing in enterprise solutions and services within the low voltage communications space. He joined WPCS in October 2012 as President of its Suisun Operations and was responsible for leading the turning this struggling unit into a profitable business. Previously, Mr. Roller served as President of MCS Fire and Security and Argyle Security from 2004 - 2012, Director of West Coast Operations, Siemens Building Technology from 2002 - 2004, and Vice President of Pinkerton Security West Coast Operations from 1999 - 2002. Prior to working in the private sector, Mr. Roller retired in May 1992 as a decorated Marine Officer after 22 years of service. Mr. Roller graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor of Aeronautics.
WALTER WALLACE | Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development
Mr. Wallace is responsible for driving sales growth and is a key member of the mergers and acquisition team. Mr. Wallace has over 20 years of senior executive management and leadership experience in enterprise software and solutions sales securing lucrative business opportunities and premium customers, and providing system design, installation, integration and services to Fortune 500 companies across key vertical markets. From 2012 - 2014, he was Vice President of Business Development for China Software International Limited Global IT Services, a Microsoft National Systems Integrator, where he lead the business development team and was responsible for the corporate M&A strategy. From 2005 - 2012, Mr. Wallace served as the Senior Vice President for MCS Security and Argyle Security and was responsible for increasing sales from $15M to over $45M in his first three years. He worked for General Electric Company from 1997 - 2005, at GE Industrial Systems/GE Security as National Sales Manager and various sales & marketing leadership positions, and also served on several GE M&A teams. Mr. Wallace earned an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, Katz Graduate School of Business and a B.S. Electrical Engineering from Point Park University.
RICK RUTH | General Manager – Suisun Operations
Mr. Ruth is responsible for day-to-day management of the Suisun Operations. Mr. Ruth has more than 21 years of experience developing and implementing facility design, construction, and scheduling of low voltage structured cabling systems and holds numerous industry certifications. Mr. Ruth joined WPCS in 2003 and has been a Senior Project Manager for one of WPCS’s largest customers.
MICHAEL MANDIGO | General Manager - Texas Operations
Mr. Mandigo is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Texas Operations. Mr. Mandigo has more than 25 years of experience in the security business as an installation technician, project manager, sales engineer and senior sales executive. Prior to joining WPCS in 2016, he served as Senior Sales Executive at Metroplex Control Systems/Argyle Security after having served 19 years at Simplex Grinnell and Chubb Security in San Antonio, Texas.
