Norm Dumbroff | Director
A Board Member since December 10, 2002, Mr. Dumbroff contributes significant market and technology expertise. He is currently the CEO of Wav Incorporated, which is one of the top five distributors of wireless products in North America with annual sales of over $30 million. He has an extensive knowledge of market and product trends in the wireless industry. Prior to Wav Incorporated, Mr. Dumbroff was an engineer for Hughes Aircraft. He holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Albright College.
Neil Hebenton | Director
A Board Member since October 1, 2002, Mr. Hebenton contributes significant expertise in business development, particularly in the international sector. He is currently a business development executive for Perceptive Informatics, Inc., a multi-million dollar business support applications company serving the pharmaceutical sector. Mr. Hebenton has held a variety of operational, scientific and marketing positions in Europe with Bull Information Systems (BULP-Paris, Frankfurt, Zurich) and Phillips Information Systems. He received his B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
Gary Walker | Director
A Board Member since December 30, 2002, Mr. Walker contributes significant expertise in management and operations. He is currently the President of the Walker Comm subsidiary for WPCS International. Mr. Walker has been a catalyst in the significant growth of Walker Comm since its inception. He has an extensive knowledge of market and product trends in the structured cabling sector. Prior to his involvement at Walker Comm, Mr. Walker had a distinguished career with the U.S. Navy and also held an elected political position in Fairfield, California. He holds a B.A. in Business Management from St. Mary's College in Moraga, California.
William Whitehead | Director
A Board Member since October 1, 2002, Mr. Whitehead contributes significant expertise in financial matters including financial planning and audit procedures. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer for Pneutronics Incorporated, a multi-million dollar process and safety systems manufacturer. Mr. Whitehead has held a variety of financial management positions with Deloitte & Touche and Graphic Packaging Corporation (GPK-NYSE). After attending West Point, Mr. Whitehead received a B.S. in Accounting from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and received his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School at Northwestern University.
Andrew Hidalgo | Chairman & CEO
Mr. Hidalgo is responsible for the company's operations, strategic initiatives and executive management team. In 2002, he founded WPCS International Incorporated and has established the company as a global multi-million dollar organization operating in three continents. During his tenure, Mr. Hidalgo has concluded and assimilated over twelve acquisitions that focus on design-build engineering services for various high growth market segments. Prior to establishing WPCS International Incorporated, Mr. Hidalgo held a variety of market and business development roles with the 3M Company, Schlumberger and General Electric. At GE, Mr. Hidalgo was a member of the corporate strategic business development committee. He attended Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut.
Joseph Heater | Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Heater is responsible for the company's financial management and financial reporting functions. As a CPA, Mr. Heater has over twenty years of financial management experience specializing in financial controls, SEC reporting and mergers & acquisitions. Formerly, Mr. Heater was the director of financial planning and analysis and assistant corporate controller for multi-billion dollar Airgas Incorporated where he was involved with the due diligence and accounting integration of several acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Heater held executive financial positions with Locus Pharmaceuticals, Ferrellgas, Inc. and was a manager of audit and business advisory services for Arthur Andersen. Mr. Heater holds a business administration degree from the University of Nebraska and an MBA from Villanova University. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
James Heinz | Executive Vice President
Mr. Heinz is responsible for the operations of designated subsidiaries. He was the founder of the Heinz Corporation. His leadership skills launched the Heinz Corporation into one of the most successful and fastest growing wireless infrastructure services companies in the St. Louis area. Mr. Heinz has over twenty years of project engineering experience in civil and commercial construction projects with over ten years specifically dedicated to wireless infrastructure services. He is Chairman of the Construction Advisory Board for Southern Illinois University and a general advisory member of the of the School of Engineering. Mr. Heinz is also a past recipient of the Generations of Success Award from Southwestern Illinois College. He holds a B.S. degree in construction management from Southern Illinois University.
Steve James | Executive Vice President
Mr. James is responsible for the operations of designated subsidiaries. He is also the president of the James Design subsidiary based in Brisbane, Australia. In 1998, Mr. James was the co-founder James Design and his leadership established the company as one of the premier design engineering firms in Queensland, Australia focused on the mechanical, electrical, security and eco-design markets. The firm has completed many major commercial developments throughout Australia and has built a reputation for innovation and detail. Prior to establishing James Design, Mr. James had an accomplished career as a design engineer since 1971 where he acted in both consulting and contracting roles. Besides his technical knowledge, Mr. James has strong operational and resource development skills.
Charles Madenford | Executive Vice President
Mr. Madenford is responsible for the operations of designated subsidiaries. Prior to his current role, he served as the president of the Clayborn Contracting Group subsidiary where he successfully diversified the company's engineering services while maintaining a strong level of profitability. Prior to joining Clayborn Contracting Group, Mr. Madenford served as a vice president for N.V. Heathorn, one of the top mechanical and architectural firms on the west coast. With over twenty years of experience, he originally began his career as a project engineer for Shook Incorporated where he participated in many major multi-million projects. Mr. Madenford has extensive experience in construction and project management including trenching technology, piping systems and wireless telemetry applications. He holds a B.S. degree in civil engineering with a minor in industrial engineering from the University of Dayton.
Richard Schubiger | Executive Vice President
Mr. Schubiger is responsible for the operations of designated subsidiaries. He is also the president of the Quality Communications subsidiary. In 1995, Mr. Schubiger was a co-founder of Quality Communications. His leadership skills launched Quality Communications into one of the fastest growing wireless engineering services companies particularly in the gaming and public safety sectors. Mr. Schubiger has over twenty years of experience in the wireless communications industry and has been involved with all facets including sales, service, design and project management. Prior to establishing Quality Communications, Mr. Schubiger had a successful career with Motorola designing and supporting major wireless systems for commercial and government users. He also had a distinguished career in the United States Marine Corps where he served as a wireless engineering specialist involved with deployments throughout North America, Asia and Europe.
Donald Walker | Executive Vice President
Mr. Walker is responsible for the operations of designated subsidiaries. Mr. Walker was the founder of Walker Comm, Inc. and its former CEO. His leadership skills launched Walker Comm into one of the most successful companies in California for structured cabling services. He has over twenty-one years of project management experience and is a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD). In addition, Mr. Walker is a board member for a local chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA). Mr. Walker began his project engineer career at General Dynamics where he developed his engineering skills while managing large projects and coordinating technical staff.
