CHARLES BENTON | Director and Audit Committee Chairman
Mr. Benton contributes expertise in areas of financial reporting and business development. He has over 30 years of experience in finance, operations and business development with major corporations. Currently, he directs the distribution services and supply chain for Charming Shoppes, Inc. which is a leading national specialty retailer of women's apparel operating 1,832 retail stores in 48 states. Mr. Benton also worked 20 years for Consolidated Rail Corporation (CONRAIL) where he was responsible for finance, operations and business development. He is a graduate of St. Joseph's University with a degree in accounting.
NORM DUMBROFF | Director and Operation Committee Chairman
Mr. Dumbroff contributes market and technology expertise. He is currently the CEO of Wav Incorporated, which is one of the top five distributors of wireless products in North America with annual sales of over $30 million. He has an extensive knowledge of market and product trends in the wireless industry. Prior to Wav Incorporated, Mr. Dumbroff was an engineer for Hughes Aircraft. He holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Albright College.
EDWARD GILDEA | Director and Compensation Committee Chairman
Mr. Gildea contributes expertise in areas of funding, mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, business development and executive leadership. He has many years of experience as a board member. Mr. Gildea spent 10 years at the Kellogg Company as their vice president of legal where he managed and supervised a legal team responsible for executing mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He was also an officer for Grolier Incorporated and general counsel for the National Association for Government Employees. Currently, Mr. Gildea is CEO of Converted Organics, Inc. He received his undergraduate degree from The College of the Holy Cross and his law degree from Suffolk University.
SEBASTIAN GIORDANO | Director and Interim CEO
Mr. Giordano contributes expertise in areas of restructuring, operations, finance, strategic planning and business development. He has over 25 years of experience as a board member and senior executive. Mr. Giordano has held senior positions with ITT Continental Baking Company, AMF Incorporated, Dynamics Corporation of America and IPCO Corporation. He has extensive experience in analyzing business units engaged in manufacturing, distribution and retail sectors across multiple industries including food service, healthcare, consumer and industrial products. He received his undergraduate degree and MBA from Iona College.
